Course Title:

NCS Train The Trainer (TTT)

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, the learners would be able to:
  • Understand the key concepts and components of digital marketing and how they contribute to successful marketing strategies.
  • Apply essential digital marketing tools, including Canva for design, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising, to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

Course Outline

 Day 1: Determine Training Requirements

Module 1: Define Training Needs

  • Purpose of training confirmed according to stakeholder requirements.
  • Type of training aligned with purpose of training.
  • Competency to be addressed gap indentified according to established TNA procedures.
  • Type of competency to be addressed confirmed according to stakeholder’s needs.

Module 2: Obtain Information On Participant’s Background

  • Participants information requested from stakeholder according to training needs.
  • Accuracy and completeness of participants information confirmed.
  • Confidentiality of participants information maintained according to industrial Personal Data Protection Act.

Module 3: Ascertain Information Regarding Legal Provison, Policy And Standard Requirements

  • Relevent legel provision, policy and standard confirmed according to industrial practices.
  • Specific legal provision, policy and standard adopted according to training need.

Day 2: Design Training Course

Module 4: Construct Learning Outcomes

  • Learning outcomes written encompass cognitive, pyschomotor and affective domains.
  • Learning outcomes written is specific, measurable, relevant and achievable within a given timeframe.
  • Learning outcomes written specify performance standard according to type of competency to be addressed.

Module 5: Develop Training Course Outline

  • Participants information requested from stakeholder according to training needs.
  • Accuracy and completeness of participants information confirmed.
  • Confidentiality of participants information maintained according to industrial Personal Data Protection Act.

Module 6: Select Training Methods

  • Selected training methods aligned with learning outcomes.
  • Learning and training activities strategized according to training and learners needs.

Module 7: Organise Training Resources

  • Training resources selected according to training methods.
  • Suitable sufficient and functioning training resources prepared according to selected training methods.

Day 3: Conduct Training

Module 8: Prepare Session Plan

  • Selected learning and training activities aligned with learning outcomes.
  • Selected learning and training activities sequenced in a logical manner within allocated time frame.
  • Selected assessment talk aligned with learning outcomes.

Module 9: Set The Learning Stage

  • Conducive learning enviroment created according to learning and training needs.
  • Learning stage set using relevent activities.
  • Learning stage conducted according to session plan.
  • Learning stage activities involved all participants.

Module 10: Deliver Training Contents

  • Training contents presented using various delivery techniques.
  •  Learners engagement obtained using verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
  •  Suitable, sufficient and functioning training resources used according to selected training methods.
  • Q & A sessions handled using various techniques.
  •  Achievement of learning outcomes confirmed using various assessment tools.
  • Training session concluded using relevant activities.

Module 11: Facilitate Participants Learning

  • Group participation achived using various facilitation tools.
  • Group dynamics managed using various facilitation techniques based on observed situation.

Day 4: Conduct Training Evaluation

Module 12: Specify Assessment Requirements

  • Selected assessment methods aligned with learning outcomes.
  • Assessment duration and time confirmed according to assessment guidelines.

Module 13: Develop Assessment Tools

  • Assessment tools prepared according to learning outcomes and established assessment principles.
  • Marking scheme prepared according to agreed assessment criteria.

Module 14: Asess Participants Competence

  • Assessment administered according to established procedures.
  • Participants performance assessed and decisions made according to agreed assessment criteria.
  • Feedback provided to participants regarding assessment decision in a timely manner.

Module 15: Evaluate Training Effectiveness

  • Training effectiveness measured using various post training assessment methods.
  •  Post training assessment asministered according to stakeholder requirements.
  • Next course of action proposed according to analysed post assessment result.
